Press the Windows Key and type "CMD.EXE" and "Run as administrator". Enter your administrator user credentials when a prompt appears and/or click yes.
On the CMD window enter lusrmr
On the lusrmgr window, select "Users" and right click "new user".
Enter the new user's login info. This is up to you. You can leave the password blank but we recommend a password.
Right click the newly created user and select “Properties”
Enter “administrators”, click “Check Names” and click “Ok”
