Create a new user in Windows 10

Press the Windows Key and type "CMD.EXE" and "Run as administrator". Enter your administrator user credentials when a prompt appears and/or click yes.

On the CMD window enter lusrmr

On the lusrmgr window, select "Users" folder and right click “new user”

Enter the new user's login info.  This is up to you. You can leave the password blank but we recommend a password.

Note: Once the user is created do not add them to the administrator group.
